Wings were tasty, but decidedly not a stand out meal. Crispy outer, juicy inside with decent flavorings. Service was good on the uncrowded day we were there. Price is a bit high for small wings.

Got the popcorn chicken here and it was so crispy outside and tender inside. Definitely really good but the food is pretty pricy. $11 for a popcorn chicken plate, which comes with rice, a side, and salad.

Better than Bon Chon? I'm going to cop out and say they're simply different. The chicken here has more better and definitely more sauce than Bon Chon. I like both but I would probably give Bon Chon a slight edge for the chicken but I would give Hot n Sweet the edge and having a better variety of non fried chicken dishes.
